1. Connect to the server
Launch Rust through Steam and use the connect button below. If it does not open the game correctly, open the in-game console with F1 and enter:
client.connect 45.137.199.243:25789You can also look for Nordic Outlands in Rust’s Modded server list. If it is missing, clear restrictive filters and check Discord for a restart announcement. A server restart is not a reason to buy a rank or change your account details.
2. Know what “3×” means here
The headline rate is not a blanket multiplier for every resource or system. The published gathering settings are:

Loot is customised. Vanilla drop tables, crafting speeds and event timings should not be treated as server guarantees. Use the progression guide for planning, then check the recipe and server information for the exact action you want to take.
3. Understand combat and raid blocks
Combat and raid blocks restrict teleport and remover use to prevent escape and building abuse. Do not plan an emergency teleport as your only way out of a fight. Read the block message and wait for the applicable restriction to clear.
During raid block, newly placed walls, doors and gates start at 10% health. Existing walls upgraded during raid block are also capped at 10% of their new maximum health; a lower existing health fraction is preserved. That makes defensive placement possible without immediately adding a full-health barrier.
Repair and upgrade of your own entities can bypass the raid restriction, but combat restrictions, ownership and material requirements still apply. Finish your base before leaving rather than relying on a last-second upgrade during a raid.
4. Find the current rules and announcements
Join the Nordic Outlands Discord for wipe announcements, team finding, rank details and help. The main rules are a four-player maximum, no teaming beyond that limit, no cheating or scripting, no ban evasion and no hateful chat.
If you report a problem, include what happened, roughly when it happened and any relevant evidence. Keep account passwords and private login codes out of messages. For a connection problem, include the error text so staff can distinguish a restart from another issue.
Supporter rank information is available in Discord. The store is awaiting review, and this site does not offer a live checkout. You do not need a paid rank to join the server.

Common questions
Can I join solo or as a duo?
Yes. Four is the maximum team size, not a requirement. Plan your base and routes around the number of players you actually have.
Is every resource multiplied by three?
No. The published settings list wood and stone at 3× and sulfur and high quality metal at 2×. Do not infer other multipliers from the server name.
